1.1 - How can I order at ReRags Vintage Clothing Wholesale?
Whether you are a consumer or have a business, you can create an account and order online. In fairness to all our customers we do not allow hand-picking from stock in production. It is only possible to order online.
Keep in mind that we are a wholesaler, therefore your minimum online order amount is €250,- excluding VAT and payment- and shipping costs.
1.2 - I can only order online. How do I know what quality I will get?
By traveling through Europe we collected a wide range of different European vintage clothing categories which you find on our vintage clothing wholesale website. All our vintage clothing sortings are handpicked by us on the highest quality possible. By default, we do not sell items with holes, rips or stains.
It is important for ReRags Vintage Clothing Wholesale that you are satisfied with our products, so we can build on a long-standing business relationship. We excel in 100% costumer satisfaction and would love to get feedback from you of any kind.
1.3 - The items I am looking for are not listed on your website. Does this mean ReRags does not sell them?
We believe that with over 300 different sortings we have a very wide range of vintage clothing products suitable for most vintage businesses. Our specialized picking team is daily looking for new styles and fashion items. We only sell the sortings that are available on our website.
1.4 - The items I am looking for are out of stock on your website. When will you restock?
Some categories are more rare and harder to find than others. However we restock many of our sortings on a day basis. We also have an email service (desktop version only) for products that are out of stock. Go to the desired (out-of-stock) product, there you will get a pop-up within a few seconds where you can leave your email address. You will be notified when we add new stock.
1.5 - How long will it take till my order is packed and ready to be transported?
If ordered on the ReRags Vintage Clothing website, we ship your order within two business days after receiving the payment. We will email your tracking code to track your shipment. Please note that within the European Union (EU) parcels can only be send with a maximum weight of 30 kilo. Outside EU the maximum amount is 20 kilo. If your ordered quantity is above 30 kilo (within EU) or 20 kilo (outside EU) your items are dispatched with multiple parcels.
Orders per Email: Depending on stock availability goods can be packed as soon as we get your vintage clothing order. Some items are hard to source and in high demand so take this into consideration. The more advanced planning we have the better the likelihood of completing your order.
1.6 - What are your return policies?
We strive for a 100% customer satisfaction. If for some reason you are not fully satisfied with the delivered products please email us as soon as possible. We will assess the situation and always come up with a suitable solution.
1.7 - Something went wrong with my order. What can I do?
Where work is done, chips fall and we are very sorry to hear this. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the situation and come up with a suitable solution. We aim to reply your email within one business day. You can also reach us by phone. For more details go to our contact page.
1.8 - What payment methods do you accept?
We accept the following payments:

2.1 Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, ReRags Vintage Clothing Wholesale ships to every country in the world.
2.2 How quickly do you ship and when will I receive my order?
ReRags Vintage Clothing Wholesale tries to ship every order at latest the next day after we received the payment for the order.
After the parcel leaves our warehouse we will email the tracking code to track your shipment. The PostNL estimated transit times are published on their website. Please note that within the European Union (EU) parcels can only be send with a maximum weight of 30 kilo. Outside EU the maximum amount is 20 kilo. If your ordered quantity is above 30 kilo (within EU) or 20 kilo (outside EU) your items are dispatched with multiple parcels.
2.3 Can ReRags ship large orders?
Yes, we work with many freight-forwarders, who transport your order door-to-door. Whether you need a single package 20kg, 30kg, a pallet box of 450kg, or a 40ft tall sea container; we would be more than happy to arrange the best transport possible. Of course, you are also welcome to use your own courier.
2.4 What are the shipping costs?
Shipping costs are based on destination address, as well as weight and volume of your order.
Please follow the next steps to see what your shipping costs are. This feature only works on the desktop version of our website, not mobile:

II. Go to your Shopping Cart and fill in the country where you would like to ship your order to
III. Press Update Total and see what the shipping costs are, based on your current order
You can update your order, by adding or removing weight (kgs) to your order, to see how your shipping costs change.
Our shipping rates are based on 40 kilo batches (0-40kg, 40-80kg, 80-120kg etc.). So you can save on shipping costs by ordering per 40 kilo.
Please note that within the European Union (EU) parcels can only be send with a maximum weight of 30 kilo. Outside EU the maximum amount is 20 kilo. If your ordered quantity is above 30 kilo (within EU) or 20 kilo (outside EU) your items are dispatched with multiple parcels.
For quantities above 400 kg please contact us for pallet shipping rates. All packages are insured.
2.5 I haven't received my parcel(s) yet?
After the parcel leaves our warehouse we will email the tracking code to track your shipment. If you ordered more than 30 kilo within the European Union (EU) or 20 kilo outside EU your order is send with multiple parcels. Please contact us for the additional tracking codes. The PostNL estimated transit times are published on their website. Keep in mind that especially outside EU packages can be held up by customs.
