By default, we do not sell items with holes, rips, or stains, unless clearly stated otherwise, for example in B Grade products.

Where possible, we use recycled or second-hand furniture and equipment, and we continue to look for ways to improve our processes.

We aim to make our logistics as efficient as possible by optimising shipments, combining parcels where suitable, and working with transport partners for both parcel and pallet shipments.
For larger wholesale orders, we can help arrange suitable transport options, such as pallet shipping or freight forwarding. This allows us to move larger quantities more efficiently.
