How does buying vintage clothing per 10 kilo work?

We sort large volumes of vintage clothing, shoes, and accessories every day, which makes it impossible to count every single piece individually. For this reason, all our vintage clothing, shoes, and accessories are sold per 10 kilograms.

To give you a clear indication of what to expect, we include the approximate number of pieces per 10 kilograms on each product page.

How can I order from ReRags Vintage Clothing Wholesale?

Everyone can create an account and place an order online, whether you are a private customer or a business. Please note that all orders under €2,000 must be placed through our online store.

As ReRags Vintage Clothing Wholesale is a wholesaler, the minimum online order amount is €300, excluding VAT and shipping costs.

For orders above €2,000, we may be able to assist you with putting together an order if you are unable to complete it online. In that case, please contact us by email and our team will see how we can help.

 

How does the wishlist work?

You can use the wishlist to save products you are interested in or to request larger quantities.

Simply add the products you would like to order to your wishlist. For larger order requests or bulk enquiries, you can send your wishlist to us by email. Our team will review your request and get back to you as soon as possible.

Please note that adding products to your wishlist does not reserve stock. Products are only reserved once an order has been placed and completed.

Do you offer handpicking?

No, ReRags Vintage Clothing Wholesale does NOT offer handpicking.

To ensure fair access to our premium-quality vintage clothing, shoes, and accessories for all customers, all orders are processed through our online store. Every sorting is carefully selected and checked by our team at ReRags before it becomes available online.

What quality can I expect when ordering online?

Our specialised teams travel throughout Europe to source a wide range of vintage clothing, shoes, and accessories. At ReRags, all items are carefully sorted, checked, and categorised before they are packed into ten-kilogram bags and offered on our vintage clothing wholesale website.

By default, we do not sell items with holes, rips, or stains, unless clearly stated otherwise, for example in B Grade products. Since all vintage items are pre-owned.

Since all vintage items are pre-owned, a small percentage of pieces may show slight signs of wear.

At ReRags Vintage Clothing Wholesale, customer satisfaction is our priority. We value long-term business relationships and always appreciate feedback from our customers, as it helps us improve our products and service.

 

When will out-of-stock items be restocked?

Some categories are rarer and harder to source than others. However, many of our sortings are restocked on a daily basis.

For out-of-stock products, you can use our email notification service. Simply go to the product page of the item you are interested in. After a few seconds, a pop-up will appear where you can leave your email address. You will then be notified when new stock is added.

Please note that receiving a notification does not reserve the product. If the item is out of stock again by the time you visit the website, this means other customers have purchased it before you.

 

What is your return policy?

At ReRags, customer satisfaction is our priority. If, for any reason, you are not fully satisfied with the products delivered, please contact us by email as soon as possible.

We will carefully assess the situation and always aim to find a suitable solution. If products are not as described, we may offer replacement products or a refund for the affected items, where appropriate.

Please keep in mind that all vintage items are pre-owned, so a small percentage of pieces may show slight signs of wear.

 

What should I do if there is an issue with my order?

We are sorry to hear that there is an issue with your order. Please contact us as soon as possible so we can assess the situation and find a suitable solution.

To help us handle your request quickly, please include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos if relevant. We aim to reply to your email within one business day. You can also reach us by phone. For more details, please visit our contact page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept most common payment methods, including online payments, credit cards, bank transfers, and cash payments.

Available payment options may vary depending on your country and the selected checkout method. Please note that bank transfers can take up to three business days to be received.

Orders are processed after payment has been received.

Shipping
Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, ReRags Vintage Clothing Wholesale ships worldwide. Shipping options, delivery times, and costs may vary depending on the destination country and order size.

After adding your selected products to the shopping cart, the available shipping options and corresponding prices will be shown during checkout.



How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs are based on the destination country, as well as the weight and volume of your order.

To check the shipping costs for your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Add the desired products to your shopping cart.

  2. Go to your shopping cart and select the country where you would like your order to be shipped.

  3. Click “Update Total” to view the available shipping options and costs based on your current order.

You can adjust your order by adding or removing kilograms to see how this affects the shipping costs. Our shipping rates are based on forty-kilogram batches, for example 0–40 kg, 40–80 kg, 80–120 kg, and so on. This means you can often save on shipping costs by ordering in forty-kilogram batches.

Please note that parcels shipped within the European Union have a maximum weight of twenty-two kilograms per parcel. For parcels shipped outside the European Union, the maximum weight is twenty kilograms per parcel. If your order exceeds these limits and parcel shipping is selected, your items will be shipped in multiple parcels.

For parcel shipments outside the European Union, this means that two kilograms less clothing can be included per parcel. To help keep shipping costs as low as possible, we will always reduce the lowest-priced kilograms from your order where needed. This can help avoid an additional parcel and significantly reduce shipping costs for customers outside the European Union.

This parcel weight difference does not apply when pallet shipping or pickup is selected, or when you arrange your own shipping.

For quantities above one thousand kilograms, please contact us for pallet shipping rates. All parcels are insured.

When will my order be shipped and delivered?

ReRags Vintage Clothing Wholesale aims to ship every order within one or two business days after payment has been received.

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow your shipment. Estimated transit times are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary depending on the destination country.

Please note that parcels shipped within the European Union have a maximum weight of twenty-two kilograms per parcel. For shipments outside the European Union, the maximum weight is twenty kilograms per parcel. If your order exceeds these limits, your items will be shipped in multiple parcels.

Can ReRags handle large orders?

Yes, ReRags can handle large wholesale orders. We work with various freight forwarders who can transport your order door to door.

Whether you need a single twenty-kilogram parcel, a half pallet of approximately one hundred and thirty kilograms, a pallet box of approximately four hundred and fifty kilograms, or a forty-foot high cube sea container, we will be happy to help arrange the most suitable transport option.

You are also welcome to arrange your own courier or freight forwarder. For larger shipments or specific transport requests, please feel free to contact us.


 

What should I do if my order has not arrived yet?

Once your order leaves our warehouse, we will email you a tracking link so you can follow your shipment.

After your order has been shipped, we can no longer make changes to the shipment or influence any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

If your order is shipped in multiple parcels, you may receive more than one tracking link. Please note that multiple parcels from the same order may not always be delivered on the same day.

Estimated transit times are provided by the shipping carrier and may vary depending on the destination country. Shipments outside the European Union may also be delayed by customs.
